Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

This looks like an issue with smfpd (Google suggests something to do
with Samsung printer drivers?) breaking your system init system, rather
than a problem with Docker.

Since Ubuntu doesn't ship smfpd and therefore isn't the source of this
bug, I'm marking this bug as Invalid in Ubuntu. This helps us to focus
