if you turn off apparmor

sudo /etc/init.d/apparmor stop
sudo /etc/init.d/apparmor teardown

does that fix the issue for you?

(Please re-enable apparmor immediately after the test using

sudo /etc/init.d/apparmor start
sudo stop libvirt-bin
sudo start libvirt-bin
)
