Please merge antlr3  3.2-11 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

It looks like the current antlr3 package in Ubuntu (3.2.is.3.2-7ubuntu3)
is preventing newer versions of plexus-compiler/2.4-2 and maven-
compiler-plugin/3.2-4 from migrating from proposed [1].

This issue should be resolved in the latest antlr3 package, see
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=791487 for details.
