We would like to request an Standing Feature Freeze exception for MAAS
1.8.

MAAS 1.8 brings the following features:
 - New WebUI
 - Networking Devices Support
 - Support for Juju LXC containers
 - Dropping apache2 as a running dependency
 - Better config file management
 - Better storage Management
