[Bug 1452879] [NEW] clamav-daemon fails after update

Public bug reported:

After upgrading from clamav-daemon 0.98.6 to 0.98.7 the daemon cannot be started. Terminates with
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

the log shows:

then it terminates.
