Given that this is the first report of this in 18 months, I am going to
set this as "Priority Low", and ask that you investigate to determine
the cherry-pickable fix for this, or rather, the specific patch or
changes necessary to fix the issue.  If the cherry pick is identified,
we may be able to go forward fixing this issue.
