    commits from upstream (LP: #1510318):
    - d/p/Httpd-Do-not-pass-empty-as-body-to-section.patch
    - d/p/Httpd-Make-illegal-in-char_arg_dir.patch
    - d/p/Httpd-Properly-manage-eol-after-opening-tag.patch
