[Bug 1492359] [NEW] genshi FTBFS with Python 3.5 in Wily

Public bug reported:

genshi fails to build from source with Python 3.5, which is a supported
version in Wily and will be the default in X-series.

Upstream bug http://genshi.edgewall.org/ticket/602 which has a patch.
Unfortunately that patch does not completely resolve the problem and it
hasn't been applied upstream yet.
