Sorry, if you want to modify Ubuntu by rebuilding after changing build-
time configuration, then you're very welcome to do so but we can't treat
this as a bug in Ubuntu itself, so a bug task for Ubuntu is not valid.

If there is some way that what Ubuntu ships is buggy, then please do
explain this and set the bug back to New.
