[Bug 1714254] [NEW] libvirtd hangs after # instance creation events

Public bug reported:

Detected during testing of libvirt 3.6.0 and qemu 2.10~rc4 for Pike
Staging on Xenial; however Christian was able to reproduce this problem
using uvtool on Artful with the same libvirt/qemu versions.
