Not sure how 0.99.2+dfsg-6ubuntu1 would have fixed the build failure?
Per https://launchpadlibrarian.net/306511078/buildlog_ubuntu-zesty-
amd64.clamav_0.99.2+dfsg-6_BUILDING.txt.gz, llvm 3.9 was used to build
the last successful version.
