There doesn't seem to be any error now. apt -f install finished fine (-f
stands for "fix"), and the dpkg -l output also showed the apache
packages in the expected "ii" state (installed, no errors).

Are you still having problems with apt in general? apt upgrade? apt
dist-upgrade?
