After google translate, I have this bit of error:

I'm confused by what "Postgresql-common-pro-1c" is. That is not an
Ubuntu package, nor can I find it being provided by postgresql-common.

Can you show the output of these commands please:

apt-cache policy postgresql-common postgresql-common-pro-1c
apt-cache show postgresql-common postgresql-common-pro-1c
