Cosmic verification (continued)

Now installing the updated samba packages, and rebuilding gvfs locally:

samba:

Note: there is an old gvfs in proposed already, but it was NOT rebuilt
with this samba version.

Reboot, login, access windows network, and the workgroup and computer
are displayed (see attached screenshot).

Accessing the "pub" share works after authenticating, and in that case smbstatus shows SMB3.11 was used:
