Question about repos on ubuntu server

Hi all,

  This will be a silly question but I need to know it. Repositories 
for ubuntu server ( Breezy and Dapper ), are the same for ubuntu 
desktop ( Breezy and Dapper)?. If it is yes, then sources.list is the 
same, right? Kernel is the only difference between them?
