So, instead of just dropping the feature, why not fix it? I know, I'm 
responsible for this one. Unfortunately, I didn't have lot of time to 
work on this one, but I'll do it today.

Dovecot version in lucid supports .d directory for configuration file, 
so this should be much easier now. Sorry for not doing this earlier, but 
I'll do it today.
