Kernel Panics Ubuntu Server 11.04 and Samba

Looks like the bug is not with samba but more with my NIC r8169
Won't be filing a bug with samba

Hi Zongo,

would you mind opening a bug for this on launchpad?  Ideally you would do
'ubuntu-bug samba', but if you create a bug by hand by going to
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/samba and clicking 'report a bug',
we'll just ask you for relevant info manually.
