Hi Andreas,
I recently - when facing this issue - just decided to wait on the full
re-import that we plan to do anyway.
The per-release devel pointers are always correct, so until then in
this case "pkg/ubuntu/bionic-devel" works just as much.
Worked for me on checkout as well as targets for review and MPs the
few times I tried.

That said do you still want me to re-import it or do you just work
with the per-release devel branches for now as I do?
