Other than "merge coordination" bugs getting filed, there's a lot of 
activity due to team's bug cleanup effort. The "usual" bug activity is 
mostly normal, with bugs being handled and making progress.

I have one bug to mention:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apache2/+bug/1832182 - systemd 
unable to detect running apache if invoked via "apache2ctl graceful"

We fixed the original issue and SRUed the fix, however the fix causes a 
regression: now `apache2ctl graceful` triggers a full restart of apache2 
(while `systemctl reload apache2` correctly does a graceful reload).

I tagged this server-next, looks like an easy fix.
