Andreas took a look at this bug and at a first glance it seemed to be
difficult to reproduce but the bug reporter mentioned they did reproduce
the bug with only one domain configured. Andreas, could you take a look if
this makes a reproducer possible?

Upstream found a leftover from the development phase of 9.18 which enables
debugging by default in nslookup. This is a simple patch and I talked to
Athos who will cherry-pick the upstream commit. Subscribed ubuntu-server
and added the server-todo tag.

autopkgtest is flaky

Michael Hudson-Doyle from Foundations filed this bug, the logd DEP-8 test
seems flaky indeed. Subscribed ubuntu-server to add it to our backlog for
further investigation.
