Likely a duplicate of LP: #1894330, but version information is
missing from the bug report. I asked for more information for now
and marked the report as Incomplete. This is likely an easy SRU.

## AVIF support is disabled

The issue is that AVIF support is disabled in src:libgd2 in Ubuntu:

  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Drop the dependencies on libavif and libheif; libheif is blocked on a
      Main Inclusion Request, and libavif has an extensive rust dependency
      tree that makes it unsuitable for main.

I explained and changed the affected package. I think it's a valid
wishlist bug.

I think the user is just missing quotes in /etc/default/quota.
I pointed at this and left the report as Incomplete for now.
