   recommendation" in systemd's docs not to pull in the network-online target.
   While the former teward reply still applies here, I added a
   server-triage-discuss tag to the bug so we can at least re-evaluate the
   request.

   decrease the priority here. I did not touch the bug since this had been
   tagged as "server-next" and got removed from there in the past (no context
   available).

   Robie asked if anyone else is affected here a while ago. We have no responses
   on this one. I did not touch the bug.
