Hello,

I updated an older Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS server today (June 1, 2023), via:
sudo apt upgrade and upon reboot I am seeing crashes in the kernel. It
appears to be related to networking (/net/core/stream.c), and yet this
server is still serving web pages successfully.
