 The user was already using python 3.12 in Jammy via a third-party PPA, and
 wanted to know how they can move to Noble where python 3.12 is the
default. I
 gave some instructions to them on how to do that since we do not support
 upgrades from third-party PPAs.

 Pinged the CPC team to ask about the KVM optimized images in Noble, they
are
 not produced since Mantic and now users should use the images with
 linux-generic kernel. @jchittum replied with more in-depth knowledge than
me :)
