There is a timer prepended to your terminal prompt by default, which
displays how long the previous command took.
You can reproduce it by opening an lxc container and creating a user (in
2051995 <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/byobu/+bug/2051995> I
explain why you need a regular user).
I can update the new bug report with this information if you want.
