reporter). Asked to attempt to reinstall clamav to see if it's a bug with
the installer, but as alluded to the linked bug, could be environment

Installation failure problem. Asked some more probing questions for the
user to see if we can figure out if it's an Ubuntu problem or not. User
seems to have a custom environment which could make it not worth tracing
down, but basic triage should be fine. Could be related to pad.lv/2080889.

pad.lv/2083589 | cockpit doesn't include plugin for ha-cluster
pcs lost it's web ui due to Debian changes. User is requesting cockpit
add-on support. I believe I found the right upstream patch and asked if the
user would like to try it out. The patch looks a little big for SRU, but
might as well figure out if it even works first.

Added ubuntu-server to notifications.
