LP: #2080915 nginx install/upgrade failure

Teward points out this bug lacks the nginx.conf file needed for
diagnostics.  Since this is an automatically filed bug on install
failures, the apport hook (debian/apport/source_nginx.py) probably
should just always automatically include it.  I filed LP: #2081241 to
note this need.


LP: #2080891 corosync/pacemaker/pcs WebUI not part of pcs repository

Not sure how to handle this one, it seems to be noting that when they
bring up a web browser against port 2224 there is a page directing them
to manually install pcs-web-ui.

pcs-web-ui doesn't appear packaged for Ubuntu.  Should this bug be
interpreted as a request to package it, or a request to brand the page
to display something other than the manual directions?
