LP: #1986959 apache2 fails during upgrade to 22.04: ERROR: Conf
javascript-common does not exist
Another person reported having hit this bug, but we still don't have a
reproducer.

LP: #2085667 Another mysql "port already in use" postinst error
Checked the logs, it's an older bug, found nothing new, set to incomplete.

LP: #2106024 Backport fix for Ubuntu 22.04 FIPS-enabled environments
Request to backport a fairly large change in clamav to ubuntu 22.04
for FIPS compliance. The bug expired, and I changed it to "won't fix"
which I think is the correct status, given all the discussion.

LP: #2077725 CIFS client reports 100% disk usage when rpc-quotad is started
This bug came back into triage due to inactivity. I just commented
that there are no news, and that perhaps 4.22.3 which is a new version
of samba in questing could be tested.

LP: #2074073 RTC access broken in microvm
Set the triage flags, and left it for our virt stack team to handle.
