Found 33 bugs

Actually, none needed attention.  Most were process bugs and some
docker/docker.io reassignments of old/stale bugs, along with the usual
stuff in process.  Only one maybe of interest as PSA/FYI is:

### UMH Triage (2025-08-07..2025-08-07) ###

New or Updated Pull Requests:
* PR #173: PackageMerging: Mention the needed prefix when --bug is used
  - This updates examples, etc. to reflect the use of --bug
  - Also addressed Andreas' review comment on PR #172.
  --> Landed this fix, and closed both it and #172.

No new or updated issues.

I'm going to continue to work on my Backports document PR.

### Migration Issues ###

php:  I sponsored rr's uploads of php-league-html-to-markdown and
php-tijsverkoyen-css-to-inline-styles.  

python-django: I retriggered the 9 python-django packages with migration
issues, but still failed.  This python-django transition is from 4.2.18
to 5.2.4 so guessing API changes and the usual.  Looking at the logs
they fail for the usual variety - dep version conflicts, xfail tests
passing, output format changes, etc.
