maintainers handbook recently and it is the same here.
Done for all automation rules that create our triage assignments.

I'd love to avoid putting our magic "it is day Foo, so dates are A..B"
not in yet another place.
What would you think of e.g. ustriage putting out a "the doc triage
link for this would be ..."?
Then it could re-use the existing code and we run this as part of
triage anyway including all the edge cases like "I was sick, give me
the bugs for last thu" and any such.
