bug about mysql install causing issues. postinst is failing to start the
service because it's saying the port is blocked. I asked for more info,
wondering if another instance of mysql is running from another package
manager (snap, container). Also asked if they tried reinstall. marked as
incomplete as I cannot reproduce with the information onhand.

upstream has no movement. asking internally if we could patch rather than
wait.

but the workflow is different. I failed to find a doc for desktop
