Found 24 bugs

Only one needing my attention was:

LP: #2115832 | New  | clamav  | package clamav-base 1.4.3+dfsg-0ubuntu0.24.04.1 failed to i… |
  - The adduser to create the clamav user and group only runs on
    installation.  For whatever reason, the reporter was missing them
    and upgraded his clamav install.
  - A fix in postinst looks straightforward; I posted a possible fix and
    steps to repro.
  - Tagged server-todo

Mostly all already known (ruby, dovecot, php)

I peeked in on sg3-utils, which is failing its tests against dracut, but
seems to have been missing a linux kernel component.  I retriggered all
the failed tests.
