LP: #827151 Annoying log message "DIGEST-MD5 common mech free"
We got a couple of MPs attached to this cyrus-sasl2 bug, fixing focal
and jammy. I rejected focal (EOSS), and reviewed jammy (needs fixing).

LP: #2107773: dovecot + FIPS interaction in focal and jammy
Interesting read, and there are concerns about the upgrade path. The
branches up for review are confusing, I asked for some clarification.
