Seems to be under control. Provided some guidance on the SRU process.

Asked for additional information. Still Incomplete.

https://pad.lv/2115161 - open-vm-tools - open-vm-tools version 13.0.0 has
been released - please rebase
Needs merge (moving ahead of Debian). Tagged for discussion.

https://pad.lv/2084993 - simplestreams - simplestreams.ssquery defaults to
streams/v1/index.sjson when a stream file is not specified
Old bug. Set the correct bug status. Package is now owned by DebCrafters.
Pinged John to discuss dropping of the ~ubuntu-server subscription.

Items at the top are under control and have bugs assigned. Mostly Ruby and
PHP packages being stuck. I re-triggered several "/unknown" tests
(infrastructure failures) and queued a few "migration-reference/0" tests to
confirm packages are still in a good shape in the release pocket.
