  - Looks like this is more kernel than netplan.io, but I didn't close
    out the netplan.io task in case Lukas wants to take a look at the
    feedback.

LP: #2115361 | New           | mysql-8.0           | package mysql-server 8.0.42-0ubuntu0.24.04.1 failed to inst… |
  - The user's system appears to have been broken since before the start
    of the logs.  Doesn't seem actionable.
  - I forwarded to answers.launchpad.net; my guess is that the user
    probably needs assistance in fixing their machine, moreso than
    wanting to investigate the bug that caused the breakage.

LP: #1492621 | Confirmed     | qemu                | Cannot start VMs without routable IPv4 address |
  - This is a "stone age" era bug already in the backlog but has
    recently gotten some new discussion.
  - It's been forwarded upstream but no further activity.
  - Looks like backlog is still right place for this.
