  * Repro'd the issue and found commenters elsewhere reporting similar
    findings.
  * I wonder if a Wanted-By is supposed to be auto-added to the service
    file but doesn't in some cases?  Perhaps an error message, or a
    comment in the file, could give users more clue what's wrong?

  * The bug report is a bit low on detail, but the upstream bug they
    link to has a pretty good run-thru of the problem and cause.
  * Problem arises when nut-client is installed but nut-server isn't.
