Found 11 bugs. of interest / updating

2102009 : Mysql-8.0

mysql tests on riscv are timing out. i checked, and it's true for 8.4 on
plucky as well. Passed info to Lena, as we'll need to increase timeout for
the riscv tests.

2101944 : qemu

made sure to alert paelzer. It's legit, and the description is very good.
getting pulled into the vert triage next week

2101860: netplan.io and more

Already lots of work by James and Lukas. Reading back, it looks like a
systemd + netplan issue, with some race happening. There's little I can add
at this point -- logs, description, etc. are all in order triage-wise.

Everything else in progress nicely

nothing new and it seems like the PRs are in some state of order. I still
need to be better here, and dig more. sorry
