This is a wishlisted requests. After talking to @jchittum, I did not mark
it triaged, because it still lacks information on how exactly to implement
the feature, or the effort to do so. We wonder what would be the best way
to track wishlist items.

Landed in plucky, I asked the reporter if they wish to SRU it back to, at
least, noble. Also mentioned that pkg-php-tools will most probably not be
fixed in plucky.

A Jammy SRU that was accepted on January, but not acted on. I asked if
