Found 43 bugs

Most of those were procedural or already worked on by others.


LP: #2111452 | pacemaker   |  pacemaker tests fail on ppc64el |

This is a migration issue bug.  pacemaker failing its test after a new
libxml2 update was introduced.  The test log points to the cli testsuite
but unfortunately just says the suite failed without detailing which
cases or what the error was.

Perhaps this is an ABI issue and pacemaker simply needs a no-change
rebuild?  I notice there is a new upstream merge planned (LP: 2110447,
assigned to Renan) so perhaps this bug will resolve after that?
