Triaged by Bryce before - as I'll update pacemaker in the future, I have
assigned this one to myself.

iotop is not showing any IO metrics for specific processes - there is the
total read/write counts, but everything in the process list shows 0.
Reproductible. Marked triaged + server-todo.

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mysql-8.4/+bug/2110059 (mysql-8.4)
Reporter has logs with mysql-server failing to install due to postinst
returning 1. They also mention having mariadb running somehow. I have asked
for more information on how exactly mariadb is present, as installing
mysql-server uninstalls mariadb. The curious part is that I was able to get
a postinst error just by installing mariadb-server, and then installing
mysql-server right after. Not sure if this is a separate bug though. Marked
incomplete.
