[Ubuntu-SG] Happy 43rd Birthday Singapore!

Guys,

That is in our (Ubuntu Malaysia LoCo Team) planning where we planned
to invite or even co-organize Ubuntu-related events with other
neighboring LoCo Team such as SG or ID. This will strengthen our teams
as well as Ubuntu spirits among SEA LoCo teams.

Well, those can be discussed in separate e-mails as this is
specifically for celebrating the Singapore 43rd Birthday. =)
