[Ubuntu-SG] Approved Loco Application

Hi Everyone,

Having talked to the loco team there will be a loco council meeting held
on the 10 November. If we wish to apply for approved loco membership we
need to have our application form ready by the _7th_ November (very,
very soon!)

I have already written up a (extremely) rough draft at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SingaporeTeam/ApprovalApplication anybody can
edit it and please do! The current guidelines are at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoExampleApplication and its currently
absolutely horrible so please add more. Currently we badly need more
roadmap items (with links to forum/irc/mailing list discussions),
pictures from our previous events and some statistic's to make us sound
more active (launchpad only says we have 21 members)

So please, please if we want to apply for approved loco status for the
next loco council meeting make the application better.
