Perhaps the Team Singapore wiki (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SingaporeTeam)
could be used as a publicly-accessible "note pad" where the presentation
could be worked on collaboratively? That would serve the dual purpose of
building the presentation and archiving the resulting presentation for
future use. Not quite as fluid as a mailing list or a forum, though.

I guess that takes me up to $0.03 for the day. (8->
