[Ubuntu-SG] Need 3D VGA Driver for Lap Top

Hi,

I am relativly new to Linux (Ubuntu), Have 9.04 installed in my Axioo MNC
Lap top. But cant get special effects with Ubuntu. Says driver could not be
found. Display is noly at 800x600. Web cam is not detected on skype. Sound
is also not detected. When login, there is a delay in the sound.

How can i rectyfy these issues?..
