Hi,

You can get Ubuntu Certified Professional training from [1] which is run 
by Canonical and you have to pay to take the exams and/or training. You 
might also want to take a look at the Ubuntu  Community Learning Project 
[2] once its complete which aims to duplicate the materials for UCP 
training under a free open source license.
