[Ubuntu-SG] Plans for 2011

[Ho Yi Hao Pipat]

I propose the following. 

Since we can't get the current domain owner, I suggest we create the
site using a free domain like ubuntu-sg.co.cc for now so that we can get
the site up and running first. 

Once we can get the domain then we will switch over?

How does that sound?
