The shell or ftp account was just for installing the CMS, but yes, you 
can do that.

I know little to nothing of Wordpress. I am quite willing to learn. One 
of the challenges of setting up the ubuntu.sg site in the past was 
insufficient maintainers for the Drupal site. If you know wordpress and 
you'll be one of the maintainers, then let's go with that.

And I need to be off to read some online documentation, I suppose.

I have an account at dyndns.com. For now, are we OK to use a domain name 
such as tusg.dyndns.org or ubuntu-sg.dyndns.org? Once We contact Billy, 
we can change that to ubuntu.sg.
