[Ubuntu-SG] New to singapore

Used to be several ,

- LUGS (Linux Users Group of Singapore)
- SUSE User Group
- Fedora User Group
- The rest I am not sure ... perhaps Mint may have?

We did use to have a annual FOSS day about 5 years ago but not anymore.
