[Ubuntu-SG] Ubuntu Singapore localisation bug

Hey guys,

When installing Ubuntu the last 6 years or so, selecting Singapore as
the locale, we see Bahasa Indonesia selected as the language and
Indonesia timezone.

I opened bug in Launchpad a while back [1]; if you have seen the same
issue, can you login and select "Yes, this bug affects me", so it gets
assigned?
