Proposal ideas.

Hello, I'm a student who is interested in working with Ubuntu for the
SOC. However, the students page doesn't really describe if/who we should
talk with to run our initial ideas past.

Should I just post preliminary concepts here, and then see if they are
in-line with what the Ubuntu mentors are looking for?
